• Confirm the date and 1 hour time slot you wish to collect your order.
• Arrive at our rear car park (use post code TN24 8LS).
• Ring the doorbell* and stand 2 meters back from the door
• A member of staff will respond. Confirm your name and post code to them.
• We will fetch your items and leave it by the door for you.***
• You will then pick up your order and the transaction is complete.

*We clean the doorbell after
any contact made to it.
