Our shop is open. We recommend making an appointment.
Face masks are mandatory as of the 30th November 2021

 

What does that mean?

It means you can visit our shop any time.
We recommend you make an appointment so we can maintain social distancing within the shop at all times to keep both you and our staff safe.

 

How do I make an appointment?

What are you doing to keep me safe?

Hand sanitiser is available at the front and back doors of the shop

Screens have been installed around the front desk

Our staff will wear face masks at all times during your visit.
Face masks are now mandatory for customers as well.

 

Are you doing demonstrations?

Yes, we are running our demonstrations as usual.
We are also offering home demonstrations if you would rather not visit the shop.
Contact us to arrange a demonstration either in our demonstration room or in the comfort of your own home.

 

Can I contact you for advice?

Yes!
We are available via phone and email for any questions or sales.

 

Are you taking online orders and telesales?

Yes!
We can take orders online, via phone or via email for home delivery.

Contactless Collection Service

For those who want to place an order and collect it from our shop.


How it works:

  • Get in touch with us over the phone and place your order (01233 624441).
  • Confirm the date and 1 hour time slot you wish to collect your order.
  • Arrive at our rear car park (use post code TN24 8LS).
  • Ring the doorbell and stand 2 meters back from the door
  • A member of staff will respond. Confirm your name and post code to them.
  • We will fetch your items and leave it by the door for you.*
  • You will then pick up your order and the transaction is complete.
