Our shop has re-opened as of the 12th of April 2021 by appointment only.

 

What does that mean?

It means you can only visit our shop if you have made an appointment.
This is so we can maintain social distancing within the shop at all times to keep both you and our staff safe.

 

How do I make an appointment?

You can call us on 01233 624441, email us at sales@soundcrafthifi.com or fill in a contact form.

 

What are you doing to keep me safe?

We are running by appointment only to maintain social distancing within the shop at all times

Hand sanitiser is available at the front and back doors of the shop

Screens have been installed around the front desk

Our staff will wear face masks at all times during your visit.
We kindly ask you wear a facemask during your visit or you will not be allowed inside.

 

Are you doing demonstrations?

Yes!
We are only doing one-on-one demonstrations. This means only one person can come to a demonstration.
(OR more than one person as long as you are from the same household)

 

Can I contact you for advice?

Yes!
We are available via phone and email for any questions or sales.

 

Are you taking online orders and telesales?

Yes!
We can take orders online, via phone or via email for home delivery.

Contactless Collection Service

For those who want to place an order and collect it from our shop.


How it works:

  • Get in touch with us over the phone and place your order (01233 624441).
  • Confirm the date and 1 hour time slot you wish to collect your order.
  • Arrive at our rear car park (use post code TN24 8LS).
  • Ring the doorbell and stand 2 meters back from the door
  • A member of staff will respond. Confirm your name and post code to them.
  • We will fetch your items and leave it by the door for you.*
  • You will then pick up your order and the transaction is complete.

The health of our customers and staff is our top priority. Depending on how this service is received, conditions may be altered.
