INITIAL CONSULTATION
Time to sit down, chat over your plans for your new system, ask as many questions as you like and get a feel for what is possible with one of our expert team

DEMONSTRATION
Book an appointment, come in and have a proper, un-rushed sit down and listen to the equipment you are interested in. Bring some music that you know well and we will show you how good it can sound.

QUOTATION
Everything in black and white. We will prepare a full quotation of all of the equipment that you have decided on so there are no hidden extras, we can arrange to take a deposit if your chosen system is something that needs to be ordered in and at this point we can finalize things like colour/finishes etc.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
The day that the new toys arrive. We will deliver and set up your new system as arranged and more importantly, be there to show you how to use it and get the best from it and be on hand to support you if you have any ongoing questions.
