UK Delivery

Many of our items can be delivered. We offer FREE, 2 day UK mainland delivery* on orders over £25.00. Items will be shipped via either UPS (Larger items) or Royal Mail (Smaller items).
Orders under £25.00 will incur a delivery charge of £3.50.

Delivery is also available outside of the UK mainland but may take an extra few days to be delivered.

Some oversized items (Example: Floorstanding Speakers) may take longer to reach you as we may need to use a different courier. We will contact you if this is the case.

Click & Collect

We offer "Click & Collect" on most items too. Often an item can be collected the same day that it is ordered so you can get your equipment faster! We will notify you either by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.

Payment for "Click & Collect" orders will be taken upon collection at our store and cannot currently be pre-paid for online.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery on a case-by-case basis. This is because we are not permitted to sell some of our items outside of the UK.

If you require delivery outside of the UK, please get in contact with us and let us know what item(s) you are interested in and the delivery address.
We will aim to get back to you within 2 working days with a quote for shipping.

*This is a Monday - Friday service. We aim to get your items shipped as quickly as possible. This may take longer than 2 days.
